Delete Your Frequency Check Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Frequency Check account and the data connected to it. There is no charge.

Manage recurring subscriptions

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a mobile app subscription. Manage it in your device's subscription settings. For web subscriptions, use membership settings. You can request deletion without waiting for a subscription to expire.

What will be deleted

When we process your verified request, we will delete your Frequency Check profile and access, projects you own, uploaded files, file metadata, favorites and ratings, collaborator memberships, invitations, and active sharing links associated with your account.

Timing and limited retention

Requests are completed within 30 days, with an email confirming completion. Limited agreement, security, transaction, or legal records may be retained only when reasonably required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms, and removed when that retention is no longer required.

Delete individual files instead

You can permanently delete individual files at any time from your Frequency Check library without deleting your entire account.
