When you submit a booking request or use the Client Library, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, account identifier, electronic-agreement record, project names, file metadata, uploaded content, preferred room, requested date and time, session details, and any notes you choose to provide. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use your information
We use your information to review availability, contact you about your booking, provide studio services, store and deliver your private library files, document agreement acceptance, process or arrange required deposits, respond to questions, maintain business records, and protect the security of our website and customers.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, including PocketSuite and our website, authentication, and cloud-storage providers, only as needed to operate booking, communications, payments, the Client Library, and related services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect LoudHouse Studios, our customers, or others.
Uploaded files, retention, and security
Client Library files are associated with the signed-in account that uploaded them. We retain files until the client deletes them, the account or service is closed, or removal is reasonably required for legal, security, or policy reasons. Agreement records and limited business records may be retained longer when needed to document consent or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Clients should keep independent backups.
Your choices
You may delete Client Library files using the controls in your account. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
